[open-bibliography] Getting started with the Working Group on Open Bibliographic Data

As a PST'r (and thus in possibly the earliest time zone) I could do  
earlier, say two hours earlier. I know Jim P is in my zone, as it were  
-- how does earlier work for you? that could make it easier on the  
European members. Others on this coast?
