[open-bibliography] Announce: Open Bibliography (JISCOBIB)

  Comrades,

  Is there more information about this? In particular, what
  bibliographic data will be made available and when? If the sets are
  substantial, I would like to intergrate them in AuthorClaim as soon
  as possible. I guess this is also in the interest of the project
  since they to show that the data is being used.
