[open-bibliography] Are comments on openbiblio.net moderated?

Is there a moderator and is there a blockage. We can't afford to lose
people's interest. I have posted a comment - the system works but apparently
it needs moderation.

FWIW I have also challenged UK librarians to show an interest in Open
Bibligraphy. See http://wwmm.ch.cam.ac.uk/blogs/murrayrust/?p=2668 - I could
get disillusioned if I had the time.
