This could be sensational. They do ISBNs. So far a few thousand. But with
the Guardian's help we could get a citizen bibliography off the ground.

*** Could we get an article in the Guardian outlining how it will work with
the Guardian and BL material? ***

I don't know the Guardian people well - I know there are people who do. It
would be great to get something going before RLUK.
