  Deduplication is also service context dependent. As an example, for
  AuthorClaim, I ignore PubMed Central records, since I assume---I
  have not looked at this in as much detail as I should---that all
  PubMed Central records are in PubMed, which I fully cover. I can do
  this because full-text article retrieval is of no concern in an
  author claiming service. If I were to run a full-text retrieval
  service, I would be very foolish to do that.
