[open-bibliography] Open Bibliography Meeting tonight

Hello,

My name is Lucy Chambers - I am the new Community Coordinator for the
OKF alongside Jonathan Gray. Rufus isn't going to be able to make the
meeting this afternoon, so he wondered whether I could be there
instead?

I'm not familiar with IRC - do I just need to create a username and
log in to be able to chat?
