[open-bibliography] Virtual meeting 2011-08-02, 15:00 GMT

i also cant make it due to preparations for the RepoFringe this week.
However, as Jim suggests, postponing may be useful - Peter and I may
get some useful information at the conference, so we could perhaps
have a more fruitful meeting next week instead.
