Indeed!
I added the Beilstein Institute, with two gold OA journals, and the
Molecular Diversity Preservation International, with more than 50 gold
OA journals.

Interesting statement indeed... the unrestricted bit excludes
NC-tained licenses as Open Access... (or did they misinterpret the
meaning of 'unrestricted' when writing up this statement?)

I think the statement is important. I do not know why PMC excludes NC
clauses as Open Access... does anyone?
