I'm not sure in these cases that your argument is very strong. If I 
scan the cover of a book and print and sell posters of it I am
likely to run afoul of a copyright claim. Reviews and possibly
summaries likely stand alone as works in themselves and I wouldn't
consider them to generally be bibliographic data at all (except
inasmuch as the text of a book itself is bibliographic data).
