I've fixed this and tidied up the css. We also now show counts. Let's
get the signatories over 100!

I also note that, in response to Jim's comments, there is no reason
someone cannot sign using the current system on behalf of an
institution or organization (they can make this really clear by
leaving a comment to that affect).
