[open-bibliography] Fw: [data-announce] Update on CAIDA datasets and request for publication information

Perhaps of interest, especially for the angle of citing datasets -
there is no real best practice around this yet at a macroscopic level
yet, nevermind how to properly cite which individual data may have
been used to generate results, important for research findings to be
repeatable, bears on all kinds of interesting questions around
provenance, etc.

Paul, if you don't mind my asking, is there a way to get at the
structured data behind this web page? Many people here are working
specifically with structured bibliographic data at academic
institutions, national libraries and the like, seeing how it can be
enriched and linked up with other data sources, etc. and it would be
interesting to add this (meta)dataset from CAIDA into the mix.

Cheers,
-w
