[open-bibliography] Harvard puts 12M bib records into public domain (CC0)

This is great stuff---my thanks to everyone involved in getting this out 
there!

My question follows on Tom's about a forum for discussion, or a place to 
ask questions.  I want to do something with the call numbers but the 
records don't seem to use the 050 or 090 consistently.  Is there someone 
who could explain the source of truth for call numbers?  David, perhaps 
you could pass it on?
