[open-bibliography] BibSoup/BibServer collaboration model?

Doh !  (Homer Simpson style)  this is the __OPEN__ Bibliographic Data list
after all.  So Mendeley has a different idea of OPENness than what this
working group is driving for.  They have an OPEN API that does not require
authentication, only a consumer key after registration.  They also do not
provide an OPEN dump of all the bib data.

If the main complaint their license ? http://dev.mendeley.com/docs/license All
data from the Mendeley API is made available under a Creative Commons
Attribution 3.0 Unported License for commercial and non-commercial
derivations.
If that is the main complaint... then would changing Mendeley's license on
the data to CC0 make it approved according to your principles ?
