This stuff is not in the repo at all. It is stuff I wrote in the last
2 days whilst parsing the BNB dataset. The stuff in the repo is more
for pointing at source files online and parsing on the fly, whereas
what I am doing here is writing a script to parse this particular
file.

However we are also going to separate out the parse functionality so
that parsers can more easily be run separately. If you do want to use
the built-in parsers directly for now, go to bibsoup.net/parse

re. the scripts I offered to share, I will probably just put them up
in a gist rather than in the repo. I have not done it yet because I am
actually still in the process of using them right now.
