[open-bibliography] Bibsoup - can it handle large files?

I've cut it down to 20% and it loads fine.

So I will keep trying to increase the size.

Problems like this are tedious. They can be that the size is too large OR
that there are rogue records of some sort. This sort of debugging is
absolutely standard at this stage of a project - we don't have a validator
so we have to keep trying and interpreting the phenomology of the errors
