[open-bibliography] OCLC and FamilySearch partnership will combine resources for richer genealogy research experience

I wouldn't say it's changed much in the way of "openness" as defined by the
Open Definition and the various open licensing models, but it does
aggregate the indexes of Family search into an international linked data
system in WorldCat. I see it more as a start, and since OCLC is moving
toward linked open data this partnership could help foster more openness
within FamilySearch.
