[Open-climate-science] Goals and Activities

Hi,

I've put together two goals for the group based on a few conversations and 
a bit of research. The goals are:

1. To achieve greater openness in climate science through campaigning,
    opening up key data sets, open and well-written software and well
    explained documentation.

2. To provide materials that will explain climate science to a wider
    audience.

I've also collected together some activities that will help to achieve 
these two goals:

Of course, these activities can be added to and better defined.
