[Open-companies] publicbodies.org JSON schema and data example

Can you pull in all UK councils (District & larger) from
http://openlylocal.com/councils/all.json
Has multiple IDs in data returned, including WDTK ids, ONS SNAC ids, GSS
ids, Ordnance Survey IDs, etc.
