Hi Christian, and all

I think we have some problems with the Open Data Census form.
I try to submit also a report for Emissions of pollutants dataset, but 
the submission disappears, although the response after the submission is 
OK "Your response has been recorded."

I don't know if is a general problem. Could you please check it out with 
this info

Is it in digital form?

Is it machine readable? (E.g. spreadsheet not PDF) 	

	NO

Available in bulk? (Can you get the whole dataset easily) 	

	NO

	Unsure

Is it openly licensed? (as per the http://OpenDefinition.org/) 	
	YES

Is it up to date? 	
	YES
