From looking at an automated translation of the= Moldovan's date.gov.md Terms of Use= [1], it seems to qualify for the Open Definition. So I think we could add = an extra point for the datasets already registered in the census for the op= en license.

Would you agree? Anyone who knows the language could confirm= that?
