[Open-data-census] bug report: transport data description on review pages

Hello everyone,

I don't know whether this has been mentioned, but it seems that there's a
bit of placeholder text that never got replaced on the review pages.
The lead-in text, just above the answer sections on the review pages, has
the transport question's text. At least I've found this on the
expenditure's page, as well as on the legislature page.
