I'd be interested in thoughts on relative value of government dashboards
typically with traffic lights (1) policy/KPI/PI performance and (2)
projects.

For example, a lot of Microsoft and Oracle based governments could just
drag and drop a widget or a configure a template to do something faster and
build local momentum.
