[Open-data-census] Editing page on new Open Data census

Hi all, first of all, thanks for the effort put in the new site, is has
improved a lot.
I was wondering where is the editors part now, and since now there are two
sites:

http://national.census.okfn.org/
and
https://index.okfn.org/

What is the difference between the two?
