Hi Christian,

In this case, I suggest that on the Index page it should said: "information
valid at October 1st 2013", just under the results.

Hi Ovidiu and Idriss,

The Open Data Index is a snapshot, from October 2013, of the the Open Data
Census. It serves as a reference and is not intended to be changed, whereas
the Census is the organic and citizen-sourced survey in which updates can be
submitted by anyone at any time - and, pending review, be kept fully up to
date by the community. Another Index will be scheduled for late 2014.

redirecting to  <http://index.okfn.org> index.okfn.org. In principle, it is
better to have only one address, it was confusing. 

But the problem is that the information in the Index is incomplete, at least
for Romania. Most updates are no longer visible. Is it possible to correct
this information?
