Hi all,
It is a very nice visualization which was done by Mark Graham at the Oxford
Internet institute. However, I think the census still missing some more
elements to it in order to do some further research on it.

The first one is to link between datasets and current application (For
example link between Open Budget Israel to the relevant dataset in the
census. The second one is linking the different groups which are coding the
the apps. This is only code, I didn't even mentioned the specific
legislation that could be added.

I think that by doing so we can get not only a nice map of openness but
also a map of re-use. Is it possible to add those fields?

Mor
