I had to ask that Louisville be added, and we had 3 Code Across fellows and a NDoCH event. Kansas City too http://www.codeforamerica.org/cities/kansascity/ 

Or maybe you were looking at just 2014?  Here's the 2013 list. http://brigade.codeforamerica.org/pages/codeacross
