There are probably lots of nuances even within 1 dataset -- the Isle of Man
corporate register is an online search, but they have offline terminals in
the dept with extra data such as directors shareholders etc
still not machine readable and no bulk option

chained datasets -- offline example?
I wondered about offline plaques, signs, speed limit signs, gravestones,
etc.
it is offline public free bulk likely up to date
