Hi Daniel,

Closing date for the index is 20.10.14

If you are in ConDatos, come and speak to me in SALA1 and we can go over
the Uruguay data. :-)
Elections should not be a factor to the Index, since we are measuring
current picture, and I guess that it will take time to the government to
implement new regulations of open data. However, you can  mention in the
comment section.
So we if you can look at the current data and suggest correction when
needed (especially in company register and emissions of pollutions that
will be great.  :-)
