[Open-data-census] Company register information criteria

Hi,

In order to qualify for the OKFN census, is Company Register data
required to include detailed financial information?

The description of the criteria seems to suggest so ("The submissions
in this data category does need to include detailed financial data
such as balance sheet etc.") but that would exclude countries where
the company register publishes open data that does not contain
financial information.
