[Open-data-census] Information about forms available?

Hi Ana,

The deadline has been set so that we will have all results in before review
and the subsequent official release of the Global Open Data Index 2014
Presentation in November. This is an annual event that highlights the state
of open data across the world and serves as an annual benchmark of how
things have progressed in the past year. The last time the Index was
released was in October 2013.
