Hello,

I'm part of the Montevideo's (Uruguay) Open Data Group and want to load 
some data to the census but do not know how to do it. I requested an 
user (twice) here http://census.okfn.org/ but no one replay.

I want to know how can I do to get an user for me (an some other member 
of the group) to load some data about the Open Data Initiative at 
Montevideo Uruguay.
