> The CSPM is an online tool to support Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that want to monitor public procurement for red flags of corruption.
> While several CSOs have successfully monitored public procurement in their respective countries for many years, some of them lack a simple, user-friendly, web-based tool to support and streamline their monitoring activities. Our tool was created to try and fill this void. We have piloted the tool in Indonesia and the Philippines. and we have received positive initial feedback.
>
> This brief tutorial video shows how the tool works https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19136296/Civil%20Society%20Procurement%20Monitoring%20Tool%20-%20How%20it%20Works.swf the video can also be accessed from the homepage of the tool.
>
> The tool is free and open for use. We would appreciate it if you could share this with contacts and colleagues you think may be interested in knowing or using the CSPM tool.
