[open-data-day] DC's doing a 2-day Open Data Day

Hey, so some of you may have seen that the Washington, DC event has opened
up registration, and we actually are going to expand into Sunday and do a
2-day thing:

http://dc.opendataday.org

I'm curious if any other ODDs are planning to do Sunday too. This is our
first time trying it.
