[open-data-day] German translation

Hi Guido,

great to hear from you! and great to hear you are organizing an open data day in Wuppertal. As I can see there are now plans for Hamburg, Köln, Berlin and Wuppertal in Germany - already amazing! I am wondering if some other will join ;) I think the idea of adding a german translation is just great. Please go ahead.
