[open-data-day] ODD : Open Data on Hackathons

Thanks to Vienna2013, DC2013, Porto2013 which have completed the Open
Data on Hackathon database

I have made some minor modifications to the spreadsheet:

  * have colomns for city location degree, minute and N,S / E,W
  * added some validations
  * added the ODD Code (ex.: Montreal2013)

Should you have held events in the past, you can also log them in the
list. It will then be available for statistics.

Hopefully, at the Montreal2013 <http://journeedo2013.sparkboard.org>,
we'll have a team working on a web site.
