[open-data-manual] problem for Mac user on wiki page

To be fair, we've had a lot of fun getting the github wiki to do 'standard' wiki things recently - were just trying to help you with one of those pains if you'd decided to go down that route.

I would much rather use the Bitbucket wiki. It's in the same place as the rest of the project. We also have complete control over the directory structure. That is, we don't lose the structure like we do with GitHub's.

If it helps, we've worked out how to get pictures into a github wiki.

You create an 'img' directory in the local version of your wiki, then push it back to the github.  We haven't worked out how to see the img directory on github.com, but it does get round the problem of how to embed images when they're really really needed.

An example of this is here: https://github.com/global-pulse/oliver/wiki/Datastore-list
And the code that brings up the image in this page is:

<img src="/global-pulse/oliver/wiki/img/Oliver_gui_datastores.png">Regards,

Not directly relevant but may be useful:

I managed to successfully push an earlier version of the manual to
github's wiki system:

<https://github.com/okfn/opendatamanual/wiki/_pages>

This may work as a simple way for people to edit individual pages in a

quick and dirty way.

Obvious problem is pages are in no specific order and don't fit with
git's wiki
 setup particularly well (and if we actually started pulling
changes we'd get some pollution in core repo from having files like
_home).
