Join Publish What You Fund and Chatham House for the launch of the new paper
   ‘Transparency of Chinese Aid.’

In the first study of its kind, the paper explores the current levels of aid
information made available by the Chinese government.

With just three months remaining until the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid
Effectiveness, there is renewed focus on whether governments will meet their
commitments to making their aid transparent. With transparency increasingly
recognised as a central pillar of good aid, now is the time to begin this
dialogue with the aid donors of the future.

The panel will discuss the findings of the paper, and the opportunities for
integrating Chinese aid information with that of other donors.

The paper is co-published by Publish What You Fund and the Centre for
   Chinese Studies at Stellenbosch University.
