[open-development] open development proposal for OK Festival 2012 (deadline 20 April)

Hello Mika,

Thanks for all the update - this is really useful indeed.

I'm not sure I could make next Thursday 1pm BST, 3pm GMT+3, but could do
the Friday if that was any good. Otherwise will happily drop in notes in
advance if others can make it.

Good to hear that 20th April is just snapshot deadline. I think good will
be to develop a timeline of when we need to get different bits of
organising done by, so we've got time to prepare.
