[open-development] Open Aid Data events guide on Lanyrd

Hi all,

I've opened a "guide" of Open Aid Data events on lanyrd.com ("the social
conference directory"). It's a mix of pure "aid data" events as well as
related topics, like "government data", "data journalism" and "online
campaigning".

Right now, it's set up so that anyone joining the guide will become
curator as well.
