[open-development] OKFEST: Open Development planning session WED 16th 9am GMT

Quick reminder that today there will be a SKYPE call on planning the Open Development stream for OKFEST in Sept (Big thanks to Mika for setting this up!).

 Time: (9am GMT) = (10am BST) = (12pm Finnish time (GMT+3)).

If you are able to attend, please send an skype invite to mika.valitalo.flno.

We'll be talking about:

  *   Available budget for the Open Development Stream (ODS)

  *   Shortlist the names to be invited as key note speakers

  *   Putting together proposal for sponsorship for Southern participants & approaching possible funders

  *   Identifying important sessions, and framing the invite for further session submissions

  *   Identifying options on how to reach out and involve Finnish NGOs

  *   Consider also Estonian NGOs
