[open-development] Open Dev. planning session WED 16th 9am GMT = 10am BST

Hello Velichka & co,

I just sent some update emails to the okfestival-coord list... And one 
relevant news is that instead of 'Open Development and Economics' we 
have listed the plain 'Open Development' as one of the Topic Streams.

We would be happy to change the title back to 'Open Development and 
Economics', if this combination makes sense... But we don't have to try 
to force this combination to happen. Open Economics could also be linked 
to other streams - we need to talk more to find out what makes most sense.

Velichka - I'm cc'ing this message also to Petri Kola & Daniel Dietrich 
who are involved in planning the Open Cities / Open Transport stream 
(Petri & Daniel, please take a look at Velichka's email below).
