Hi everyone,

Two weeks ago, we had Citizen Voices UK a global conference on citizen engagement for enhanced development impact with the World Bank in London. I figure that you all would be interested in my notes from the event. We covered multiple topics that I've seen people bring up here and are in the overall open development discussion. At the same time, I felt a bit lost in the open development discussion - its so broad as to seemingly encompass everything in development. So I shifted what was the Open Development Google+ Community to focus specifically on citizen engagement systems around open government, open data, and the role of intermediaries to increase the impact of all three.
