[open-development] Natural resource revenues

Hi everyone,

A topic that some of you might be interested in - natural resource 
revenues. It's a topic that's becoming more and more talked about in 
relation to development, given the huge amounts of revenue flowing to 
countries in the global south. (eg. the Africa Progress Panel 2013 
report focused upon the extractive industries - more here

Anyway, Jonathan has also just published a blog we thought you might be
