[open-development] Open for Change announce Open Development Camp 2013

Hello all,

As Tim kindly announced, we'll be organizing an Open Development Camp in
Amsterdam, 7-8 November.

The preparations for this event are just underway, and we're looking to
fill in a number of different 'tracks':
- Open Data for Development,
- Tools & Hardware
- Open organisations & Open Business Models

ODC13 will be an active, participatory event, with not too many
'speakers-on-a-stage' (although we will arrange some good keynote speakers)
Find attached the one-page announcement we wrote for the Open Development
Camp.

We're looking for your ideas, suggestions and partners!
If you feel there's an important subject in the Open Development realm that
*should* get attention during this event, let us know!
If you know any great speakers or participants that really should attend -
or if you can help make that happen - also get in touch.
