Roundtable: Open Development in practice - how open data and
information and information can be used for poverty eradication
Heard about open data and development? Understand what it is but want
to discover what it means when put into practice? Then this is the
event for you. Development Research and Training (DRT www.drt-ug.org)
is a Ugandan NGO that focuses on how information can help eradicate
poverty. Its Director, Beatrice Mugambe, is visiting the UK and would
like to share her first hand experience of the open development
movement in East Africa.
