Dear all,

<Apologies for any cross posting>

The 2013 Aid Transparency Index (ATI) is launched! The full ranking and
accompanying analysis is available on a new interactive microsite:
ati.publishwhatyoufund.org <http://www.ati.publishwhatyoufund.org/>.

The Index will be formally presented today at *3.30pm EST* at the Brookings
Institution in Washington, with a live webcast:
http://www.brookings.edu/events/2013/10/24-opening-up-aid. You’ll need to
sign up if you’d like to watch. We’ve got a great panel and expect a full
house.

Please do circulate this widely. You can follow the Twitter debate on
#2013ATI.

If you are interested in coordinating communications activities, please do
