Hi all,

thanks for the input! At the moment I'm at the "Partnership for Open Data
Fringe Event
<http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/open-data-innovators-okfestival-fringe-event-tickets-12204551141?aff=eorg>",
a side event <http://2014.okfestival.org/okfestival-fringe-events/>, the
Partnership for Open Data *fosters sustainable* open data ecosystems in
*developing* countries.

I think that is a good example on how Open Knowledge Central can start to
become community driven and work more *open*ly supporting open data
initiative in developing countries.

P. S. I am missing world bank people here.

Tom
