Hi All,

Its great to see everyone really get into the OKFestival spirit. Below is
some additional information to help you plan your session. After all, there
are less than two weeks left to get submissions
in<http://2014.okfestival.org/programme/propose-a-session/>(March
16th, 2014!).

We have added a *new set of tools for sessions planners*, including a
discussion list
<https://lists.okfn.org/mailman/listinfo/okfestival-discuss>for folks
to connect and team up, a page
with tips and tricks
<http://2014.okfestival.org/programme/session-tips/>and two live
hangout to be held Friday
March 7th 21:00
GMT<https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/112608652597658788737/events/crhtfun2cag3oecgab5h1rbk1o4>and
Monday
March 10th, 10:00
GMT<https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/112608652597658788737/events/cnepbett4egplecqepvsohjsj08>.
Please
find all this information and more here:
http://2014.okfestival.org/tips-tricks-a-hangout-for-okfestival-session-planners/
.

Additionally, as Duncan mentioned above, we have designed the streams this
year to encourage cross domain collaborations, something that has always
been a hot topic of discussion within this group. Please do reach out to
other groups when planning your sessions! The Privacy/My Data/Personal Data
WG, for example, have started a hackpad
here<https://privacyatokfest14.hackpad.com/Privacy-at-OKFestival-14-pGhPWAiQPIQ>
and
have proposed organising a session around opendev, open government and
privacy. P

Finally, we would love your help spreading the word throughout your
networks and encouraging amazing people outside of the traditional Open
Knowledge world to submit proposals!

All the best,
Katelyn
