[open-development] Development data event London May 2014

Hello all, just to let you know that we're planning a Development (and)
Data event in London in May, as a precursor to OK Festival. Quite a few
orgs are interested already, but I wanted to open it out to all on this
list. Please let me know if you would like to a) speak, b) attend, c) run a
skills/knowledge session? Dates are likely to be 7/8, 8/9 or 9/10 May.
