[open-development] new year, new aid data curriculum

Hi all,

A very happy new year to you all! Just to let you know that a few
modules for the 'Aid Data curriculum' are now online here:
http://opendevtoolkit.net/en-US/resources/training/

If any specific modules are particularly useful (or if you end up using
them in trainings) I'd love to hear about it - and please do feel free
to re-use and remix the material there. Also, if you have any other
materials that might also fit in here, I'd be happy to cross post or
link to them. Just let me know!
